Payment and delivery

Delivery of our products is a priority carried in two important ways. The first is on the territory of Ukraine. The second area is focused on other countries around the world.

Each of the presented areas has the features of work:

In Ukraine:

Payment is made through PrivatBank and should be done in UAH directly to our bank account.There are two options of payment systems:

• Prepayment of 50%. After rebuffing an order, it is sent COD. Upon the receipt of parcels you will need to pay the remaining 50% refund and delivery itself.
• Prepayment of 100%. Immediately after the production of the entire order, it will be sent to you by the previously agreed method of delivery. You also will need to pay only for the services of the transport company or not paying at all (in the case of delivery by the New Post).

Details of the current account  is giving to you after complete harmonization of all the nuances of the order.The full production of the whole order can take up to 10 days.Delivery is carried out by the transport companies "New Mail", "Autolux", or any other convenient for you services. All transport costs are taken by the customer.

In other countries: 

We cooperate with the majority of countries in the world. All calculations are carried out in US dollars. After registration of the application for an order our manager will contact you within 24 hours. As a consequence, it is provided for the most convenient way of payment and delivery. 

We take care of customs clearance and the provision of all necessary documents. Delivery expenses are covered by the customer. Sewing is performed in the order within 10 working days. Delivery of the order in any corners of the planet is 10-14 days.
